Congrats!

We found out yesterday that Gabe will be flanked in age by Taylor babies. Jack will be almost 2 when Gabe is born, and baby Taylor #2 is due August 22. Congrats to Phil & Amanda! More info is on their blog here.

The winter wonderland we lived in for the past two days has come to a close. Mike and I were both back to work today - despite the warmer weather yesterday, the roads were still kind of icy after last night's re-freeze, but I got to Chapel Hill without incident. I'm not looking forward to the long weekend in the lab, but do have fond memories of the relaxing couple of days. We played 3 or 4 games of Catan, finished Alias, watched West Wing reruns, played some video games, had a snowball fight and a snowy walk, and cooked some yummy food.
