21 days

Yesterday marked Gabe's 21st day of life. We celebrated with pink cake with rainbow chip icing - admittedly more because I wanted some cake than that we need to celebrate each week with a party :) It's been a busy week, though. We spent the remaining time with my parents hanging out, playing games, and just watching Gabe do his thing. On Saturday we traded one set of grandparents for the other - with a few hours overlap between them that we all hung out together. Bubby Diane and Papa Sam have been fawning over him ever since (plus we've found some time to play Canasta and Mexican Train as well). Right now Gabe is sleeping in his swing while the grandparents are grocery shopping - it's a rare quiet moment for me!
